The Club are pleased to confirm more signing news ahead of the transfer deadline date as Brodie Jesson signs for Tigers 2 for the remainder of the season.
Jesson made his senior Tigers debut during the 2016/17, which saw him collect his first EPL Championship medal. Since then, Jesson has spent several seasons playing for both the Under 18’s squad as well as the senior team. After Jesson’s Tigers departure during the 2018/19 season, the 19-year-old had a short spell at Telford Tigers 1 National rivals Milton Keynes Lightning and also NIHL newbies, Leeds Chiefs.
As Jesson signs for Telford Tigers 2, Coach David Fielder is looking forward to welcoming Jesson back onto Telford Ice and said;
“Brodie is a great addition to our team. He’s had a tough year and he just wants to get back on the ice to enjoy the sport he loves. I’ve coached Brodie since the day he started playing. He’s a naturally talented young lad who can and loves to score goals. I’m hopeful that he’ll help us with a last push to make the play offs.”
Jesson is pleased to be making a return to Telford commenting:
“I’m glad to be back in Telford for the remainder of the season after what has been a tough year for me. I’ve had a little break from the sport and I can’t wait to get back on the ice. I’d just like to thank Tommy, Ces and Mike for the opportunity.”
Brodie’s own and loan shirts are available to order now for £50 each (Home and Away). Please see the own and loan registration page for more details and to register.
Brodie’s individual player sponsorship will also be available to purchase at £200. The package includes a personalised ‘special’ third jersey with a company name or family name patch, announcements on match nights, a small advert or logo in the match night programmes and a signed player photo.
