Most frequent questions and answers

We offer two tiers of pricing children. For any children under the age of 5, tickets are free. We then provide a junior ticket for children aged between 5 and 17. 

Doors to access the rink will open 50 minutes before face-off. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than this as you may be asked to leave and re-enter later on once the doors have opened.

If you are pre-booking your seats online, away seating is located on the balcony towards the bar, starting from seat E105 onwards.

If you’re buying tickets on the night, the ticket staff will advise which seats are available.

Match night tickets for both home and away supporters can be purchased in advance on our website, in person at Telford Ice Rink reception or on the match night itself.

There is a cafe inside the rink which provide hot and cold snacks. There are also vending machines available and a licensed bar which overlooks the ice pad.

Official merchandise is available to purchase on match nights from our pop up shop. We also have an online shop where you can purchase replica jerseys and sponsorship packages.

Our stands are accessible via both stairs and a lift. If you require the lift, please ask one of our match night volunteers or rink staff for assistance. 

There is also a new disabled viewing platform rink accessible via a ramp.

There is no wheelchair spaces within the stands itself however, there is a viewing window from the bar area which is accessible.

There is lots of nearby parking in and around Southwater. 

The postcode for sat navs is TF3 4BZ which will take you to the Southwater multi storey car park.

Southwater is in the heart of Telford Town Centre and offers a huge variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Many of the bars and restaurants stay open until late so you can grab a bite to eat after the game or perhaps unwind and celebrate a win with a few cocktails!
