Telford Tigers are delighted to announce the return of Karol Jets for the 2024/25 season.
The 43 year old Slovakian forward, hit a remarkable 84 points last season scoring over a goal a game with a record of 35 goals in 34 games. Jets will start an incredible 18th season with Telford after debuting for the club in 2005 and will be a key part of the Laidler Division team’s offense.
Jets commented on his signing for the club:
“I am excited to be returning to Tigers for another season. I hope that we will have another great season. It will be great to get back on the ice and see our supporters again, I can’t wait for the season to start.”
Andy Watt, Tigers 2 Coach, commented on the signing:
“Another stellar signing for the team! Karol brings a wealth of experience and a sharp understanding of the game. His calm influence, play-reading skills, and knack for finding the net make him an outstanding addition. It’s great to have Jetsy on board for another year, I don’t know how he does it.”
