Telford Tigers are pleased to announce that there will be a Teddy Toss on both the 16th December, when Telford Tigers 2 play Blackburn Hawks 2 and then again on the 17th December when Telford Tigers 1 play Nottingham Lions at home.
Last years Teddy Toss was declared a “massive success” with hundreds of teddies being launched onto the ice during the game against Hull Pirates . A total of 310 teddy bears were donated by the wonderfully generous Tigers fans and this year we would like to be bigger and better.
All donated teddies will be distributed around local children in need at hospital wards, hospices and charities.
To take part, please only donate new teddies, wrap them securely in a plastic bag and when Tigers score their first goal on Saturday 16th and on Sunday 17th. Toss the teddies on to the ice.
The Teddy Toss will also be accompanied with a bucket collection for our club charity, Help for Heroes. Please give generously at this precious time of year.
