Telford Tigers 2 sign Ryan Lewis

Telford Tigers are pleased to announce that Ryan Lewis will be signing for Tigers 2 for the upcoming season.

Ryan is yet another product of the Telford Tigers junior system having worked his way up the rankings since he began playing in 2014. Ryan began his hockey career with Telford Tigers under 16’s before joining the under 18’s side. Last season saw the youngster take to the ice for the first time on a senior roster, making an appearance for both Telford Tigers teams.

Tigers 2 player coach Bowley is pleased to have signed Ryan Lewis to the Tigers 2 roster commenting;

“I’m pleased that Ryan will be part of our squad for next season and will be training with us on a regular basis. He’s a good kid, very coachable and has a great attitude. We already have two strong goalies in Zack and Oli, so Ryan will need to make sure he pushes them to get his opportunity which I’m sure he’ll do.”

Ryan is delighted to have signed for Tigers 2 and is looking forward to the season starting saying;

I would like to thank Callum and Tom for giving me this great opportunity. To be able to train and play with quality players as well as continuing my last year in juniors should take my game to the next level.”

Ryan’s own and loan shirts are available to order now for £50 each (Home and Away). Please see the own and loan registration page for more details and to register.

New for 2018/19 Tigers are offering individual player sponsorship at £200. The package includes a personalised ‘special’ third jersey with a company name or family name patch, announcements on match nights, a small advert or logo in the match night programmes and a signed player photo.
