Telford Tigers are delighted to announce the signing of forward Ronny Paragallo ahead of the 2026/27 NIHL National season.
Paragallo arrives in Telford following a successful collegiate career overseas, bringing a combination of skill, speed and leadership qualities that made him a standout performer throughout his time in college hockey. A highly skilled forward, Paragallo is known for his pace, vision and ability to create opportunities, while also bringing a strong two-way game.
Head Coach Tom Watkins is excited by what the 24 year old will bring to Telford Tigers.
“Ronny is a very skilled player with speed. He can handle the puck at a high level in traffic and has the vision to pick out teammates when under pressure. He’s offensive-minded but competes hard off the puck. He can be a real pest to play against on the defensive side of the game and brings a work ethic that will fit well with our group.”
Paragallo joins the Tigers with a proven winning pedigree, having been part of teams that captured two conference championships and a regular-season title during his collegiate career.
Watkins believes those experiences will make him a valuable addition both on and off the ice.
“He has a winning mentality, having won two conference championships and a regular-season title during his time in college. He’s another guy who comes in with leadership qualities after being named captain in college. He’s eager to get going in the UK and will be a great addition to our locker room in Telford.”
Paragallo is equally excited to begin the next chapter of his career with the Tigers.
“I’m really excited to officially join the Telford Tigers this season. I can’t wait to step out onto the ice and play in front of that passionate home crowd. I’m really looking forward to getting started and getting to work with Tom and the rest of the team, pushing ourselves every night to compete at a high level.”
