Telford Tigers Confirm 2023/24 Season Fixtures: Facing Solway Sharks in the Opening Clash. The wait is finally over as the English Ice Hockey Association (EIHA) release the 2023/24 season fixtures for what promises to be an exhilarating and action-packed campaign.

The 2023/24 season kicks off with an intriguing encounter against newcomers Solway Sharks at Dumfries Ice Bowl. This clash promises to be an exciting affair, as both teams will be looking to establish their dominance right from the outset.

The Sharks, making their debut in the league, will be eager to make a statement and show that they belong among the best. On the other hand, the Telford Tigers will be eager to start the season on a high note and demonstrate their championship ambitions right from the get-go.

Tom Watkins, Head Coach and General Manager of Telford Tigers, expressed his thoughts on the season fixtures;

“We are excited to see the release of the season fixtures and we are thrilled to face both familiar and new opponents. Our first league game against Solway Sharks will undoubtedly be a stern test for us and we’ll be working hard to start the campaign on a positive note. The new season brings new opportunities, and we are ready to embrace the challenges.”

But before the league action commences, Telford Tigers will be up against another formidable team, Peterborough Phantoms in a pre-season showdown. Details on tickets for the home fixture of this pre-season weekend will soon be available.
