Telford Tigers are pleased to confirm the signing of forward Callum Field ahead of the 2026/27 NIHL National season.
The 21-year-old joins the Tigers after spending the past five seasons with Milton Keynes Lightning, where he developed from a promising teenager into an established National League player, making over 250 appearances for the club. Field brings an imposing physical presence, combined with a growing offensive game and the versatility to contribute in a variety of roles throughout the lineup.
Head Coach Tom Watkins is looking forward to working with the young forward and believes supporters will quickly see the qualities he can bring to the team.
“I think we’ve got an exciting young player who is coming to us where he can expect to play a bigger role and contribute both offensively and defensively.
He’s a big guy that has good touch good shots and I believe he somebody we can utilise up and down the lineup in different roles on any given nights and I’m excited to see the impact he can make with the Tigers.”
Field joins the Tigers at an important stage in his development and will have the opportunity to establish himself as a key contributor within the squad as the team prepares for the challenges of the NIHL National season.
Everyone at the club would like to welcome Callum to Telford and we look forward to seeing him in Tigers colours for the 2026/27 season.
