Telford Tigers 2 will warm up for their NIHL North 2 Laidler Conference season on Saturday the 26th August at 18:00 with a home tie pre-season friendly against Coventry Blaze NIHL at Telford Ice Rink.
Coventry finished bottom in last year’s Laidler Conference but will be looking to get off to a flying start and will provide a stiff test for the newly formed Telford Tigers 2 Roster.
Tigers 2 coach Callum Bowley said “It will be great to set the tempo for the coming season, to get to work on our lines and plays. It’s always fun to renew the rivalries with a local midlands team. We hope to see as many fans there as possible to help get us started on the right path.”
