Tigers 2019 weekend and summer junior hockey camps. Tigers are pleased to announce details of this years weekend and one week summer intensive Hockey Camps.
All camps will be open to players who are registered with the EIHA.
The camps will all be based at Telford Ice Rink, and will take place on the following dates:
- June 22nd & 23rd (Open to all ages)
- July 6th & 7th (Open to all ages)
- August 19th to 23rd (Open to all ages)
The Tigers Summer Camp is a great way to prepare for the new season whether to improve conditioning & timing ahead of League Games after a summer break or to focus on improvement of all fundamental skills required to compete at any level. This camp has developed a strong following from both local and national based players who are serious about improving their skills. The first session on ice will begin at 07:00 with players exiting each day at approximately 13:30.
All camps will combine on ice practice with off ice training specific for hockey, focusing on speed/agility, strength/power & balance/coordination in a fun structured environment.
Weekend camps cost £80 and will include 4 hours ice time (2 hours per day).
Summer camps cost £240 and will include 15 hours ice time (3 hours per day).
All camps will be led by Tigers Head Coach, Tom Watkins with guest coaches from across the UK.

- Ice Time – 07:00
- Ice Cut – 08:30
- Ice Time – 08:45
- Warm Down – 10:35
- Breakfast – (note this is not supplied) – 11:00
- Video / Chalkboard – 11:30
- Off Ice Training– 12:30
- Day Ends – 13:45
