Telford Tigers are proud to announce Telford Madeley Vets4Pets as the Club’s Official Streaming Sponsor for the Spring Cup Competition.
Last month, the news of a potential Competition being played behind doors quickly became a reality… Details of the NIHL National Spring Cup Competition were officially announced in early February and Tigers fans eagerly awaited the news of being able to watch their beloved sport once again after long 11 months. Much to Tigers fans’ delight, Club Chairman Mike Washburn confirmed that all games in Telford would be available to watch via a live streaming service.
However, just like many NIHL Clubs, a live streaming service is still a new concept and can’t even be considered without purchasing components such as high specification camera equipment, streaming software and not to mention having the relevant skills and technical knowledge at hand…
Fortunately, the Club have a team of volunteers who since the Spring Cup announcement have been working tirelessly putting together a streaming production which has enabled fans to watch the Spring Cup games which are currently being played behind closed doors.
And now, in addition to the Club’s streaming production team, Telford Tigers are extremely proud and grateful to welcome onboard the Club’s first Official Streaming Sponsor; Telford Madeley Vets4Pets. The Sponsorship deal is hugely welcomed and provides the Club with an opportunity to invest into new filming technology which in turn will provide a quality streaming service for fans as well as future scope for video analysis as a coaching tool.

Hope Hobbs, Practice Owner of Telford Madeley Vets4Pets commented on the Official sponsorship agreement saying: “We’re delighted to see the Telford Tigers back on the ice and we’re pleased we can be part of such a brilliant club. It was such a shame to see last season come to such an abrupt end when we’d had an amazing season. We can’t wait to be back rink side cheering the team on – let’s go tigers, let’s go!”
Telford Tigers General Manager and Head Coach Tom Watkins is thrilled to have Vets4Pets Madeley on board commenting: “We are delighted that Vets4pets Madeley, have continued to support the club with them stepping up to help us put the best possible streaming broadcast together so hockey fans can get to watch the Spring Cup. We are very grateful to Ed & Hope and we look forward to welcoming the Tigers youngest fan, Arthur to the rink when it is safe to do so.”
